We accept payment via PayPal. When you proceed to payment in the checkout process you will be redirected to PayPal’s website. On their site you will have the option to pay using your PayPal account or enter your billing information without making an account. At no time does Sci Fi Cadre have access to your payment card information.
Shipping
We usually ship orders via US Postal Service but we reserve the right to ship items using the service of our choice. Please allow up to 7-10 business days to receive your order. We ship to the USA.
Refund Policy
We offer a full refund for new and resellable products purchased from our website up to 30 days after tracking shows the order is delivered. Defective products will be refunded after receipt of a picture of the defective item (this helps us submit the defect to our suppliers and prevent future defects).
